Uke Group

If you love to play ukulele, come join us in this group to learn more songs, chords, plucking, and strumming. We can work individually and in small groups to collaborate on songs. If you have your own ukulele, you are welcome to bring it in, or borrow one of the CDS instruments. Students are encouraged to bring their own ideas to the ensemble!

Singers & Actors Workshop

Pacific Singers & Actors Workshop presents classes working on foundational singing technique, acting and improvisation. We introduce consistent use of tools and habits to allow students to develop and explore self-expression and creativity. This emphasis on process enables the student to make strong, appropriate and personal choices in their performances.

By rehearsing the tools and habits presented in class, students have the opportunity to gain confidence, poise, flexibility, self-awareness, use of imagination, the ability to collaborate with others creatively and the ability to be non-judgmental towards themselves and others.

Jam Band

If you have experience playing an instrument, bring it in and join us for this jam band. We will take whatever instruments show up and turn it into a band to collaborate on songs from all times and places. Students are encouraged to bring their own ideas to the ensemble.
