Little Bakers

Tighten your aprons for a fun hour of making and baking sweets and savory treats. Kids will use math and measurements to ensure their recipes turn out delicious! Students will have the opportunity to design and decorate their treats. Bakers will also create their own recipe books to share with friends and family.

Coding Dojo: Front and Back End Video Game Design

Join our Code NinjaZ Video Game Design Dojo where students will be learning how to do Front End(What the player sees) design by creating custom video games with Bloxels, they will then learn the Back End (or what is happening with the code) by creating a similar type of game withScratch.  This 8 - week course is a blast for anyone who loves Mario or 8 - bit Video Games!

Kung Fu Seminar

Students young and old embrace a way of life full of confidence, discipline and self control that enhances mind, body and spirit. This Monday seminar class is designed as an introductory exploration of Kung Fu for new students. Children will be focused on improving their strength, spontaneous reaction, hand eye coordination, and self-defense skills.  This class is also great for kids that are already in other martial arts schools because it will help them advance in their own practice outside of our program.

3D Printing

Unlock your imagination in the 3D printing club! In this enrichment you’ll learn what 3D printers can make, how they work, and how to create your own designs that can be 3D printed! The possibilities are endless so sign up for the 3D printing club if you want to push your creativity to the limit!

Creature Crafts & Creations

It’s Alive! Make fuzzy Pretend Pets, Mermaids, Mix n’ Match Monsters, Mini Robots and out of this world Aliens. Creators will use a variety of craft materials including felt, foam, clay, faux fur and fabric to bring their works to life.

Tree Frog Treks

Tree Frog Treks teaches fun interactive science enrichment programs that introduce kids to concepts in biology, chemistry, physics, earth sciences and natural history. This class will allow them to meet live reptiles and amphibians face-to-face. We’ve developed themed curricula that covers integrated science topics and reinforce learning through hands-on science experiments, art projects, movement and song.

Spy Class
Agent 74 is back on the scene for another exciting fall filled with fresh spy skills, games, gadgets and challenges. Grab your walkie-talkies and your sunglasses and get ready to make your mark as a rising secret agent but don’t leave any finger prints behind. Join the fun in teamwork challenge games, capture the flag contests, ninja-style agility and obstacle courses, parabolic microphones, punch pad practice, noodle hops, foam battle sticks and flying eyes in the sky. Take aim with your nano bow and build your own paracord bolos. Don’t miss the action.

Lego Movie Making

In this hands-on class, students create their very own stop motion movies! Working in small groups, students learn the language of film production and apply it towards creating their own animated digital film. Students will create compelling characters, build background scenes, add special effects and voice- overs. Using stop-motion animation, students will bring their unique story to life for the camera. CDS today…Pixar tomorrow!

Ceramic Clay

Learn hand building techniques for sculpture or functional objects using terra cotta or white low fire clay. Learn several surface techniques to create relief or incised designs. See how glazes change during firing and learn to load the kiln.

Mini Ninjaz: Coding Dojo

In Mini Ninjaz Dojo students will learn computational logic of computer science. Using coding board games, code ninja scrolls and scratch, students will learn the basics of computer programming. They will gain an understanding of sprites, variables, loops, and functions by coding their very own stories and games.

Origami Party

In Origami Party, students will be guided to create their own versions of traditional origami.  Students will also brainstorm and work in teams to create “life-size” paper versions of their favorite things. Origami designs include giant flowers, birds, planes, cats/dogs, ninja stars, dinosaurs, cartoon characters, and more.  Projects are student led and will cater to students’ interests.
