The Student Ambassadors Team

Check out the members of our new Student Ambassadors team!
This group of middle schoolers meets with prospective parents and other visitors to answer questions and provide a student perspective about life at CDS. They're just one part of our Student Voices group, which also includes Student Event Planners and a Student Broadcast squad which is working on a news and interview program. "We're adding more supports to increase and leverage student voices," says Middle School Director Chris Wachsmith, and these initiatives are a great opportunity for them to share the joy they derive from being part of the CDS community.

Here are the thoughts of one team member: "I've been an ambassador for a few months now, and I've realized how important it is to share my perspective as a student on the school and environment that I visit every day. I chose to be an ambassador because I wanted to play a more supportive role in the community that has supported me for most of my life. I love CDS, and I feel privileged to represent this amazing school."
