Auction donation certificate: When you've decided what you'd like to donate to the auction, use this form to record your donation. Please provide as much information as possible and drop the completed form in the box at the front desk.
Auction packet: This document includes a list of fun, inspiring donation ideas and a donation letter from Rick Ackerly (to be used for potential donors who may need a more formal request).
