We offer a variety of flexible schedules to fit each family's needs. The after school program is available from school dismissal until 6 p.m. every day school is in session.

Preschool
Preschoolers staying after 2:15 p.m. (school dismissal) remain in their individual classrooms until 4 p.m. (Leaping Lizards, Starfish, Tadpoles). At 4 p.m., they join the Butterfly after school class until 6 p.m. The after school preschool teaching team consists of seven teachers until 4 p.m.; three preschool teachers remain until 6 p.m.

Grades K-8
After school teachers, with community and student volunteers and interns, provide a variety of indoor and outdoor options for students on an hourly basis after a period of supervised free play following class dismissal. All students in grades 4-8 who stay after school participate in study hall until 4:45 p.m., after which they are free to participate in the variety of after school classes and clubs being offered that day.

Fees
Fees are sliding scale, based on amount paid for yearly tuition (see Agreement for full fee scale)

• Full care - Unlimited before and after school care; $4,500-$1,125/year
• Care card 1 - 200 hours at $1,800-$500 (hourly rate is $9)
• Care card 2 - 100 hours at $1,000-$300 (hourly rate is $10)
• Care card 3 - 50 hours at $550-$175 (hourly rate is $11)
• Care card 4 - 10 hours at $120-$40 (hourly rate is $12)

Additional care cards can be purchased any time during the school year.
